“Position Brabo” DVD is available
Björns first instructional DVD “Position Brabo”  is out now. It covers more than 30 techniques related to the Brabo choke. You will find different entries, follow up techniques and counters in this 100 minute DVD.

Free videos on you tube
You can find 10 free instructional videos about the Brabo Choke and a Twister Back mount attacks on youtube. Also the picture and sound quality isn’t nearly as good as on the new DVD it gives you a little glimpse of what you can get from our recent and future instructionals. You can watch the videos here.

4th season of the “Blaugurt Program” starts in march
The unique teaching program was created for students who don’t have the ch ance to train in a local BJJ school and still want to learn Jiu Jitsu. It is based on 12 weekend seminars over the course of one year. People learn the requirements for the blue belt and train with their training partners at home. After a month they come back and learn a new curriculum for the next four weeks.
This program is very successful and produced not only some solid blue belts but also some tough tournament competitors. If you are interested in the program you can get more information’s (in German only) here.

Training with Roy Harris in May 2008
Fourth degree BJJ Black belt Roy Harris will teach thre e days in May in the Fighter-Fitness Academy in Obertshausen. He will teach from Friday (30th may) till Sunday (1st June).
Besides regular training he will also test some of Björns students for their blue belt. The training will be semiprivate but if there are some open spots they are available for everyone who is interested in BJJ.
